About the Yew Tree Foundation
Planning with Dignity. Living With Intention. Leaving a Legacy That Speaks
Who we are
Yew Tree Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to making financial and legacy planning more accessible, more inclusive, and more human—for people whose lives don’t fit the mold.
Many people planning, nearing or reaching retirement, or facing end-of-life decisions do so without the support or planning they need. Sometimes it’s because they were never offered real guidance. Sometimes it’s because their life path—whether solo, chosen family, faith rooted, or quietly nontraditional—never fit into someone else’s box.
We exist to change that.
Our mission is simple:
To educate, empower, and walk alongside individuals and families as they plan for the future–regardless of background, family structure, or financial status. We believe everyone deserves peace of mind, clarity of purpose, and a legacy that reflects what matters most to them.
Yew Tree Foundation provides:
- Free and low-cost educational resource
Values-based planning tools and guides - Private consultation and coaching through our partner professionals
- Community presentations and outreach events
- Thoughtful content tailored to overlooked and underserved communities
